Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center
Celebrating its 25th Anniversary in September 2014, the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center is an icon of artistic excellence. Located in the Dallas Arts District, the Meyerson Symphony Center was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect I.M. Pei and is home to the world-class Dallas Symphony Orchestra.
The impressive architectural features, open spaces, touches of elegance, and unsurpassed acoustics make the Meyerson the preeminent environment for exceptional events and performances by Dallas-based cultural organizations including the Turtle Creek Chorale, the Dallas Wind Symphony, and the Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra.
“The beautiful architecture by I.M. Pei makes a wonderful impression.
It is spacious and cool and modern when you enter the lobby,
and warm, embracing and comforting when you enter the concert hall.
It is an incredible space to call home!”
- Dallas Symphony Orchestra Music Director, Jaap van Zweden
