Due to citywide budget reductions, the Leadership Exchange and Advancement Program is not available for the 2009-2010 fiscal year.
 
This is a small funding category that provides subsidies for the use of cultural facilities for rehearsals and performances. When funding is available, LEAP also provides management assistance support in the form of consultancies. This is not a direct funding program.

Funding Review Panels
Most funding program applications are reviewed by a panel made up of qualified candidates from the professional arts and cultural field and approved by the Cultural Affairs Commission. Panel nominations are accepted throughout the year. Review Panel Nomination Form (.doc)
