The Latino Cultural Center hosts a wide range of multidisciplinary events for diverse audiences. Art exhibitions rotate every few months, and the sculpture collection features works by esteemed artists Luis Jimenez and Jesus Moroles. Cine en el Centro is a film series program featuring the best in popular and avant garde Spanish language film.
The Oak Farms Dairy Performance Hall theater is kept busy with the best in theater, music, and dance performances, and the courtyard is often used for vibrant cultural festivals celebrating everything from Dieciseis de Septiembre to Las Posadas.
Target Second Saturdays
Thanks to generous funding from Target, on the second Saturday of each month the LCC hosts a fun family day that includes a wide variety of activities for families. Each Target Second Saturday is a little different, with plays in Spanish, dance, music, or theater lessons, craft workshops, and films in Spanish. Admission is free; please check the event calendar for specific programs at upcoming Target Second Saturdays.
