PROGRAMS > DALLAS CULTURE SCENE Dallas Culture Scene is a new television series that debuted on the Dallas City Channel 16. As the title suggests, Dallas Culture Scene focuses on the diverse people, places, and organizations that make up Dallas' vibrant cultural environment. Each episode features stories and interviews from innovative arts leaders who make immeasurable contributions to Dallas art and culture. The episodes are shown on the Dallas City Channel each month prior to City Council meetings, and at various times throughout the rest of the month. Dallas Culture Scene is produced by staff from the Office of Cultural Affairs, led by Tommy Reyna and David Zepeda, the production team that oversees the broadcast of City Hall meetings.
