ABOUT > CULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMISSION The Office of Cultural Affairs is advised by an eighteen-member Cultural Affairs Commission appointed by the Dallas City Council. Each Council member appoints one member; there are also three at-large members and one Chair that is appointed by the Mayor.
