The Oak Cliff Cultural Center (OCCC) opened its doors in August 2010, replacing the Ice House Cultural Center. For more than a decade, the Ice House provided Oak Cliff with art and cultural experiences reflecting the diversity of the surrounding neighborhood. The renovated Oak Cliff Cultural Center, next to the historic Texas Theatre on Jefferson Boulevard, includes an art gallery and a multi-purpose studio. The Center will continue its tradition of cultural community service in a new era of artistic opportunity.
